A key component in furniture cleaning is determining the fabric type. After which, we set moisture restrictions on the particular piece of furniture, based upon its fabric. After careful inspection, our tech’s. use a foaming agent to work the cleaners and sanitizers deeply into the fabric, without over wetting. In the end, the foam is easily extracted and rinsed, along with the soiling. Finally, we set the furniture aside to dry, ultimately, having very little water usage.
